Thursday, May 27, 2021 - Not as high a rating as prior bottle. Paired well with fresh-made Bucatini in a garlic lemon and basil sauce; baked beets & turnips from Frog Bench; roasted Salmon with a yogurt dill lemon sauce; Frog Bench radishes; and a Frog Bench lettuce salad. Popped to feed to my parents as we celebrated my Mom's 83rd birthday tonight. Happy to have Cate, Christina & Morgan here to celebrate. Tomorrow, we travel. Not sure why this bottle was a bit below the last bottle. Bottle variation? Who knows. Cheers
