Monday, September 26, 2022 - Extremely translucent, almost dark rosé looking with a watery ring. Nose is of bright red fruit, dried roses, cedar, wet clay, and faintly vegetal. Extremely light bodied, lower acidity that I expected with very little tannin. Reads really similar to a gamay. A little bitter on the finish. Easy drinking and not overly complex. Probably needed to be opened a year or two ago.
