Saturday, July 2, 2022 - Chilled for 15m. Bottletop aerator. Pale, translucent, strawberry color in the hanging decanter. Buttery, Chardonnay-like on the nose. Bubble gum as well that moves onto the palate. White pepper, bright cherry, strawberry, grippy tannins. Lingering tannins. Wine for cooking pizzas in the backyard oven on a hot, humid day.
