Monday, May 1, 2023 - Opened 1 hour in bottle. Riedel burg glass. Medium bright red colour. Classic Rousseau nose of aromatic red fruit. Palate is ripe rich red fruit with a superb balance of fine tannin and medium + acidity. This is not a simple wine as the underlying Gevrey structure is very present, providing some complexity.so delicious. Wanted to order a second bottle but the restaurant ran out.
