Saturday, October 23, 2021 - First wine from Gouges I can drink on release. Climate change is real.
Seriously though this was very good. Nice red fruit along with sappy notes and raw wood. Fruit and acid are in balance. Not overly complex but great silky texture with a dusty finish. Very good effort.
