Friday, February 17, 2023 - Medium to dark ruby colour. Floral notes, dark cherry, red berry fruit, blueberry, vanilla, coconut, and iron-like minerality, with medium acidity, slightly grainy but well integrated tannin, and great persistence. Creamy texture. The oak comes through at this young age. Riper and fuller than one would expect. Stood up to a rib-eye steak. More integrated on day two. Drink now if you enjoy the creamy oak, or hold and wait for the oak to subside.
