Tuesday, December 20, 2022 - One hour decant. Polished on entry, with fine, sweeter tannins, this is a well-made wine. 47% Mourvèdre, 34% Grenache, 19% Syrah. Nose of stewed black fruit. On the palate blackberry, black raspberry, raw fennel, and peppered beef. Dense and enjoyable with a medium finish
