Sunday, July 11, 2021 - Complex fruit flavours revealing passion fruit, elderflower, grapefruit, quince and pineapple chunks (confectionery) seasoned with a little spice and lemon. It’s mouth-watering and has a delightful savoury element balancing the sweetness. I liked the mouthfeel and a pleasing finish. Overall I was more than satisfied by the general quality. 87 points
