Friday, July 1, 2022 - This wine is in it's prime! First sip 2 hours from cellar, and in bottle airing. Nice black raspberry color. Slightly acidic, more so on the swallow. Mineral finish front of tongue, well balanced. Ready to enjoy with steak!
