Sunday, February 4, 2024 - First of my new focus on tasting comparisons of Cal Pinot and Red Burgs Tasted with 2019 Hudelot-Noellet Chambolle Musigny, and the CM was more interesting. Seemed to have good structure, ready to drink, but more savory notes to make for better drinking. Zio Tony good and fruity, but lacking secondary notes. Give it time.
