Sunday, December 26, 2021 - Kind of quiet on the nose but there’s a complexity here. Earthy, strawberry, cranberry, vanilla, cedar, star anise, but I can’t decide whether it’s more earthy or fruity. The palate has nice acidity balanced with some bright strawberry cream flavor but finish is not too long.
