Friday, April 5, 2024 - Two points better than last time. Can't imagine this gets much better as the youth was completely gone after a quick decant. Distinctive big purple plums on the nose. Plenty of fruit but now a plum bomb on the tongue - more balanced. A great pairing with Mongolian beef with snap peas and rice.
