Saturday, January 20, 2024 - Similar to before. Coravin does not seem to have had any negative impact. Could likely have benefited from decanting. Improved somewhat over the course of an hour, as it aired and warmed. (Mostly correctly stored, mostly at 13°C. Tasted via Coravin, around 16–20°C, without aeration nor any food; second Coravin for this bottle, 6 months elapsed.) (Rating suppressed—see other reviews; done to prevent my multiple notes on this bottle overly influencing reviews.)
