Sunday, February 4, 2024 - Similar to before. Now finished the previously Coravined bottle (almost 7 months since initial tap; see prior review)—still did not seem to have had any negative impact. Improved somewhat over the course of an hour, as it aired and warmed. Also tasted after a leftover amount was left out in its glass, at room temperature for around 16 hours: it was fairly sour, with a touch of vinegar, lacking in body, and too flawed to drink. (First consumed with exceptional company and then alone the day after, as described. Rating suppressed—see other reviews; done to prevent my multiple notes on this bottle overly influencing reviews.)
