Saturday, February 24, 2024 - Opened a couple of days ago and let it decant for an hour. It was absolutely one of the best Pinot's I've had lately. It was silky smooth, medium bodied, and went very well with our swordfish. I think the aging has made it perfect! I wish I had a few more bottles.
