Monday, April 18, 2016 - Extraordinary straw green color. Chalky, sweet and mature apple notes on the nose with soft mineral underpinning. On the palate, mature, but by no means declining, with a rich, smooth honeyed layer. It finishes much the same way. Very good California chard drinking at its peak.
