Monday, September 4, 2023 - Drinking particularly well. Deep salmon to copper in the glass, this bottle showed a lot of petrol/rubber cement on opening. Peach skin, and some oxidative fruit notes, it’s totally serious and complex. Balanced and fresh. This could go further…
