Monday, March 24, 2008 - Opened this up side-by-side with the 98 Plumpjack for Sue's Bday at The Foundry w/Mimi & Oscar. I opened up very nicely in the decanter. Started drinking after about 1 hr. Lots of mellow fruit w/very soft tanins. Very tame next to the Plumpjack. Very enjoyable with the meal
