Saturday, February 24, 2024 - Nice pink color, with strawberry nose and hints of oak. Nice mousse and acidity, with deep flavors of strawberries and raspberries, white peppers, oaky ending. Light mousse also, and some Belle papers. A decent champagne, definitely did the job. Great QPR.
