Wednesday, February 14, 2024 - Very good Pinot ... Structure, balance, and acidity all hit the mark.

Med Garnet appearance.
Developing Med aromas of cherry, strawberry, plum, Kirsch, cedar, smoked wood, earth.
Dry wine with high acidity, high alcohol, med tannins, med body, med+ flavor intensity, and med+ finish.
Very good wine. Drink now but suitable for further aging
