Thursday, August 13, 2020 - A lovely nose of honey and warm spice. Wonderful feel in the mouth with notes of lemon, honey, and spice. Brilliant acidity and balance. Beautiful minerality. Finishes long and subtle with lemon notes. Brilliant stuff. Will hold/improve for 5 to 6 years at least.
