Tuesday, October 17, 2023 - Bright garnet red with violet reflection, some sediments. Nebbiolo aromas of cherry, spice, smoke and some meat. Juicy and fresh, powerful and firm. Delicate tannins, beautiful acidity, old school and classic. Additional patience is needed to soften. Lively even three days after uncorked.
