Sunday, April 28, 2024 - This was delicious and seems to have really matured with some age. Coravined this a couple of times as I was in and out of town the last couple of weeks, and didn't want to fully open the bottle; the first time felt a bit thin, but finally opened it tonight (about half a bottle left), and it was just delicious with a rich, rounded mouthfeel. Golden yellow in color, strong lime and some green apple on the nose and palette, with just a wisp of grapefruit on the finish if you're gulping this. Structure, acidity, fruit all dancing together perfectly right now. Lip smackingly good.
