Sunday, June 25, 2023 - Quite a lovely Napa Cab. Pnp through a Venturi. Notes of dark berries, violets, tar, tobacco, and dark chocolate. Full died goodness on the palate, with medium acidity. It is recommended to decant this for a few hours before serving. Was really nice on day 2 from the bottle. Is it memorable? No. But will you get an honest to goodness wine at this price from Napa? Generally no. That in itself makes this wine special.
Repeat buy? Sure.
