Saturday, January 31, 2015 - Opened up and compared to the 2005. This was leaner and less fruity. More on the elegant side of the tracks. Red berry fruit with tart acidity with green bell pepper notes on the finish. Not the blockbuster the 05 is and certainly not as concentrated. Less youthful as well. Interesting venture in to vintage variation.
