Saturday, January 31, 2009 - Muted nose, I thought. Citrus, subtle floral nuance and a little oak. On the palate it's elegant with more herbal, cheesy and floral tastes alongside the zippy citrus flavours. A few complexities added by the oak too. Good minerality. Must confess I paired this with shallow fried breadcrumbed chicken and it was a little overawed but then when on its own it began to show better. Would be good with fish I think. 12 degrees celcius and up.
