Saturday, April 13, 2024 - Definitely some ripe fleshy berries, sage, meat rub, subtle umami notes on the nose. Palate is ripe with a real plumpness to the fruit — it doesn’t feel overcooked to me, but does feel like it needs some time for the non-fruit notes to shine through. The savory notes are there now but they feel a little overpowered. One to come back to.
