Tuesday, July 20, 2021 - Strong flavors of guava, watermelon, strawberry followed quickly by sharp lime and lime zest (including bitterness) with almost pepper edge, racy acidity, and moderate finish. Too strong for salmon and dill sauce. Would be good match for Mexican.
