Thursday, December 8, 2011 - Brickish red. Throwing lots of fine sediment. Very fragrant. Fine fruit in the nose, sandalwood, cinnamon, lavender, spice. Forward and feminine. Delicate on the palate with cherry-like fruit as well as some iron and spice notes. Very silky, polished and elegant as it dances to a decent if undistinguished finish. This is all about sexy, sweet fruit. No tannins to resolve here, it is at its apogee. 4-13-16-8: 91/100.
