Friday, November 18, 2022 - Having drunk only 1 over the last 5 years or so I am now racing through my 6 bottles this winter. A good friend described this as delicious and he’s never complemented my wines before despite drinking a couple of dozen different Grand Cru classés including Lafite (1995), Grand Puy Lacoste (1996), Palmer (1998) and several wonderful 1999 grand cru burgundies. This Cabassaou is absolutely singing now.
