Wednesday, April 16, 2008 - Still drinking young. Probably needs 3-5 years in the cellar. Lots of oak and noticeable alcohol heat. Acidity a little bit more than to my liking. Semi-ripe cherries and hints of strawberries. An excellent wine that just needs more time to further develop and become a bit more balanced.
