Monday, January 29, 2024 - A hardcore natural wine that not even the most hipster somms would be able to love. Feels like partially fermented juice with tons of byproduct still in in. Which I guess it is. Some redeeming notes of freshly pressed red currant, mushrooms and wet autumn leaves are overwhelmed by the funk.
