Monday, February 12, 2024 - Much better on day 2 after being vacuvin’ed overnight. The combination of cab and Syrah has a rich nose with some pasture funk that actually reminds me of right bank Bordeaux. Plum and cassis flavors giving way to a distinct knot of tannin, suggesting this has plenty of room to run.
