Friday, February 4, 2022 - Pale straw in color.

Aromas and flavors of lemon, apple and peach with savory notes I was unable to pinpoint. Bright crisp acidity, medium- body and a medium finish with a slight bitterness.

Overall, this was a fantastically refreshing Pinot Gris from Alsace, France.
