Wednesday, April 22, 2009 - Bibendum Bordeaux tasting (Lord's Cricket Ground - London): Good Bordeaux nose. Black fruits, cassis. Smells slightly dusty and follows through with red berries and oak nuances. Good structure and quite hard and austere. Needs time to soften, and needs a bit of tlc with the right food.
