Monday, March 7, 2011 - Advanced Tasting Course - session #3 (Wine Road Tel-Aviv): dark red with pink edges;
strong animal leather aroma, still closed, a bit green, then the chorizo aroma joins;
high acidity, full-bodied, tannic & bitter, later chocolate & cacao appear;
medium after-taste; will improve significantly with time.
