Saturday, April 23, 2022 - The more I drink this wine the more I appreciate it, at first I thought it was way too green, herby, yet a year later and it is bloosming into a very stylish, Bordeaux style Sauvignon Blanc. with peaches, pears, papaya along with fresh herbs and spring flowers. The palate is medium bodied with rich succulent stone fruit, freshly squeezed lime juice and lemongrass. The mid-palate is creamy yet persistant leading to a saline textured finish.
