Saturday, May 2, 2015 - Nice healthy very dark ruby. Closed on the nose with just light dandelion and dark chocolate. Heavily oaked. Light palate of blackberry, anise, some peach, cherry pits, minerals, black olive tapenade, dark chocolate, caramel and Bazooka bubble gum. Needs 3-4 hours decant to lose the tannic edge. Still a bit too tart even with air.
