Monday, April 8, 2024 - Cherry and recurrent on nose, with some slight touches of cream. On the palate some red fruit remaining along with a touch of oak and graphite tertiary flavours. Decent acidic balance but fairly simple and thin in flavour. It's holding up well for a 24 year old wine but a lot less going on vs the 1995 Pavillion Rouge tasted alongside.
