Wednesday, November 16, 2011 - this wine after two hours still did not open up. i had some dark chocolate nose, but the flavor was just not there. bad bottle?

    11/16/2011 10:09:00 AM - This wine needs at least 4 more years to age. If you have another bottle, it needs more air time so open it 8 hours before then decant to take it off the sediment just before serving.
