Sunday, January 18, 2015 - Dinner with some Penfolds wines (Magill’05/RWT’04/StHenry’04) - Decanted and showed its luscious character some 30-40 min after that. Rich and opulent, with some herbal and earthy component and lovely black olives/olive oil in the back.
