This time around, however, it fell short of our expectations. A few hours later, the wine showed some brilliance, but it wasn't the same experience. Slow starter, so make sure this is properly decanted. Seemed to have a nutty flavor, mouthfeel was nice, but remained tight. Bottle just didn't open up like I expected.
