Sunday, May 21, 2023 - 2 hours in Red berry, red currant, yeasty loaf bread, saddle. 4 hours open the yeasty turns into a creamy cream de cassis, spice, tobacco. Also get some yellow flower and mint. Medium - full bodied. nice grip, what a beauty 5-6 hours in. Has delicate but so much umfffff. Try again 10 years
