Tuesday, May 15, 2007 - Very nice, complex yet refreshing wine. Big nose of melons, vanilla, and grass. Lovely round mouth of melon, honey, and pear. Kinda sweet, a little bit of effervescence. Really great with chicken tagine with preserved lemons and olives.
