Wednesday, July 1, 2015 - A simple but very enjoyable moldy oldie. Not too much botrys, but just enough to keep it interesting. Apricot and mandarin orange and peach compote dominate. Served with a Apricot infused Silton cheese to make even better than its 90 point score.
