Saturday, April 4, 2009 - Nice, but for some reason hard to dissect for me. The closest I can say is stewed fruit with a tiny bit of vanilla and perhaps some fennel. (Ben says garrigue.) On the palate, more stewed fruit with perhaps toffee after taking a breath. Interesting wine, but it's just hard today for me to really pull something definite out of it.
