Monday, November 22, 2021 - We enjoyed this cab with a nice balance of fruit and minerals. It has a little dust on the palate, medium body and a hint of spice. Moderate alcohol at 13.9 %. It went well with braised chicken and a few sips on its own after dinner were tasty. Would happily enjoy again.
