Tuesday, May 28, 2013 - Bought in 2009 and kept at 12 degrees Celsius in my wine fridge. On first decanting this was completely closed, with absolutely nothing on the nose, and an acidic and tannic taste. After 4 hours it opened considerably and became more balanced with cherry fruits and leather. I enjoyed it but it didn't knock me over. Probably needs at least another year in the cellar.
