Tuesday, January 3, 2023 - We are huge Patz & Hall Pinot fans so this bottle was surprising as it was the least enjoyable we've ever had from them. First, and last, time for us with the Alder Springs.
Could just have been this particular bottle, but there was little of the customary fruit we're used to with P&H. It was totally nondescript. Scored it as high as I did because it is a technically sound wine, just completely devoid of any interest.
After giving it the old college try, the second half of the bottle went down the drain (insert sad face here).
