Friday, October 14, 2022 - Wines of the Gods (House of AC and JC): Light yellow with tight bubbles and nose of nectarine stones and baking ciabatta buns. Sweeter than the 2005 VVF with tight white grapefruit and almonds on the deepening palate, finishing with a whiff of quince and Madagascar vanilla. Seeded pinot vines provide a unique flavour profile, quite unlike any other bubble in the glass, and easy to see how this can be readily be picked out in a blind tasting.
